Help understanding spark report
I am having an issue where I get extreme amounts of lag when I used the pattern encoding terminal from AE2. It used to completely freeze me, but I managed to get that down to just extreme lag by disconnecting my autocrafting. Everything else works fine.

you've already nailed the issue tbh, ae2 is using ~80% of your servers thread
you're a couple of versions behind - try update the mod
otherwise, they seem responsive on their github page so try an issue there and include your profiler https://github.com/AppliedEnergistics/Applied-Energistics-2/issues

Thanks for the response, I was able to fix the problem by removing a large amount of NBT items from the AE2 network.
