Many standard joints will carry stuff like this. Unclear whether you’re looking for “men’s” or “women’s” clothing but that’ll inform whether something like madewell is likely to carry it for you. Urban outfitters, h&m, cos, etc should do the trick. The ultra fast fashion retailers will (asos, SHEIN, etc) will, too, but the quality is going to be even worse and SHEIN/temu is a special brand of evil & shitty

For eBay, assuming you’re in North America, adjust filters as needed, maybe include “boxy” or “oversized” for the top

specifically for the jeans, if you're willing to go a little away from the inspiration, vintage bugle boy (on ebay or depop most likely) have a number of cargo jeans with "interesting" pockets that aren't necessarily fatigues
