I ve got banned for cheating but I didnt cheat?
what can I do? The only third party proccess that might be the reason is Raw Accel , is it bannable?

anything is bannable however mostly raw accel is not the reason
if it was a false ban make a ticket with riot

I did ticket , how much time does it take for support to respond?

if you got banned for cheating you will have a hwid ban
so no
however the hwid ban will last for about 4 months if I remember correctly

I alr tried and I only got vanguard error that told me to enable secure boot
but its enabled
or at least i tried to enable it

How do you know you got banned?
this is on main , and i tried to enter on my lvl 11 account and i got this error
Restart Computer
Press Del key while booting to get into BIOS
Make sure it's in Advanced Mode (If it's in Easy Mode press F2)
Go to "Boot" tab at the top
Find: "CSM Support", Make sure its DISABLED
Find: "Secure Boot", Set Secure boot to DISABLED
Find: "Secure Boot Mode", It should be Standard, SET it to Custom
Find: "Restore factory keys", Click it, And click YES
You may get a pop up asking you to EXIT WITHOUT SAVING. Press NO
Find: "Secure Boot", Set Secure boot to ENABLED

You just simply used a software that gave you an unfair advantage.
like what?
Something like raw accel. Technically doesn't give you an advantage like what cheats do.
But it does modify your system and alter how your mouse moves in game
That could be the reason or it could have been another software on your computer
