My RIOT acc was bounded to my email but now it's gone.
I tried logging in a few times and it kept showing wrong credentials so I decided to try using the "Can't remember username option" and lo behold my account is gone! Before that I tried resetting my password hoping that would help but I kept waiting and tried several times yet I didn't get a single mail. Which led me to try the Username alternative. I need help with this asap as it's an account I cherish quite dearly.

Quick note: I had 2FA on as well so I always received a code on my phone whenever I'd try logging in, ket alone logging in and receiving a code now. It keep showing wrong credentials and under the list of accounts I have under that email, my Val account is gone

I submitted a ticket and was as detailed as possible. Although I left the section of Banking information empty since I wasn't the one who bought the skins but a friend with whom I've lost contact
Now I'm just waiting for Riot to check my ticket, which God knows when will happen :val_Hampter:
