my fos capped is 60 right
before this it stays 60
after the things i did
i drops when i do a simple jett dash in the range
i do play on very fery low settings
but gawdamn
drops to 6 fps

yo im having a very similar issue, idk if you have anymore suggestions
i did everything above and it still isnt working
i would suggest contacting riot support as they can have a look at your logs and suggest you further steps.
I managed to get it working :)
