so power loss is usually i2R (across a resistance) VI is usually power that comes out of a socket i know dono same hi lagta hai, but application wise this is what i could think of

Bilkul Aisa koi rule nhi hai though ye to bas islie taki thoda time save ho sake Ans to sab se ek jesa aajyega Hamare pas konsi cheez easily available hai jo formula me put kr ske bs wo dekhna hai
