I have been waiting on this screen for more than 30 minutes but it won't open.

Can you share any more details? Browser? OS? Location? Any errors in developer console? etc.

I'm able to reproduce with an iOS 15 device on Browserstack. It seems the dash is going something that no longer works with this old iOS version. Let me see about escalating this.

I've escalated this to the team, and hopefully it'll be addressed. In the meantime, if you have another device with a more modern operating system that you can use to access the dashboard, that would be recommended.

I raised this, but it doesn't seem like it's something the team is prioritising. I can only reecommend using a more modern and up to date device to access the dashboard.

Hey there! Sorry this took so long. The dashboard team has looked into this, and there is some JavaScript that Safari prior to 16.4 can't parse. Engineering will see if they can re-compile to see if they can add a workaround, but there's no ETA on that.
