Thank you for providing almost 0 details, some more details would have been nice other than "i cannot type" 🙂
we dont make the steam virtual keyboard and it has known issues typing chinese, japanese and korean languages (maybe more asian languages too) but only in desktop mode to my knowledge.
there is a bug report to valve about it.

I just need to solve the problem about typing Chinese. · Issue #325...
The steam is awesome,but I can not use the fcitx input method to type any Chinese.The fcitx can not work on steam.
Will it be fixed?
