doesn’t enter the round, but at the same time I can hear my teammates. I would like to be thrown out of the game and not get banned for AFK, since it’s not my fault

the game has started and I can even hear my comrades, but even if I re-login it won’t put me back into the game. Then there will be another ban for AFK. I don't want that!

This is an issue with files loading off of your disk. You might have a HDD. If you do, you should defragment it or get an SSD and place Valorant on it.
Use
windows key + r than type "dfrgui" to check what type of drive you have.
