So i forgot my Password for my email and when i try to log in i need 2fa but i cant log in my email. And then i click on the Button where stands No longer acces to the E-Mail, but then im getting on a website where i need to login but i cant login. I alrdy typed 3 Tickets and i want my account back. I investet very much money on this account and its even my Main account. So can someone please Help me´.

Did Not do it bc they wasnt even asking if i want to back up my email with an other E-Mail

i made a ticket and they changed my email
Yes i Tried to but they did not answer and it’s alrdy past 4 months
they took 2 weeks for me
bumping tickets up is not recommended but if its been this long i think you should just open a new one
took about 3 weeks for me
