Anytime I'm loading into the game, I have a hard time loading in, it takes like 2-3 minutes after agent select causing me to commonly load in after the first round ended. I've gotten like 8 AFK/queue dodging warnings so far, anyone have tips how to fix?

can you check if you have valorant installed on an SSD or HDD
How do I check? And for the record up until like 3 weeks ago it loaded perfectly fine, and now its super slow

first up, do you have an hdd?
honestly have no clue
locate the Riot Games folder on your pc (usually (C:) > Riot Games) and see if theres a VALORANT folder there too
if you have multiple storage units, just look at what type (hdd/ssd) the one you have VAL installed on
open Task Manager -> Performance -> (C:), maybe (D:) etc > all the way on the bottom is either SSD or HDD

I have valorant on a (D:) which has 1 TB and is HDD, and my (C:) had like 300 GB and is SSD

This is an issue with files loading off of your disk. You might have a HDD. If you do, you should defragment it or get an SSD and place Valorant on it.
Use
windows key + r than type "dfrgui" to check what type of drive you have.

If SSD is faster I can install only valorant on it

you will need to install VAL on an SSD, since HDDs have a hard time loading stuff in time. so on HDDs you will be banned for afking (and afk bans are long bans if frequently)
Do I needa uninstall valorant first to change the location here?
yeah prob
you could try to just drag the VAL folder to the ssd, but im not sure if that works

I have the same issue can someone go in a vc with me and show me how to switch to ssd
If you follow the steps they sent above it should work
You can use videos online to figure it out as well
