Weird issues that even tech support agents aren't really able to help me with..
So i recently got a new pc, and after a week i installed valorant again, only to be greeted by a white home screen, That's not the only issue however: the weapon skins playback/preview is also not working for me. I've tried everything the tech support agents told me to do, and they were as follows:
tech support agent #1: gathering logs
tech support agent #2: listed me with steps on configuring the firewall filepaths, also suggested me doing a clean boot if the first step didn't work, etc.
tech support agent #3: told me to reinstall the game, but not in the ordinary way. I had to get Revo Uninstaller and CCleaner to follow the steps I was provided with. Once again, told me to do a clean boot after I did everything step by step.
tech support agent #4: It was the same agent from #3, and provided me with a reddit link with another guy possibly having the same issue as me, but half of the comments were deleted, and i couldn't understand where to proceed.
tech support agent #5: Told me to perform a hard reset on my configuration files in the game folder, listed me with steps to do it.
tech support agent #6: Asked me if the same issue still persists even after the new act. Yes, yes it still persisted.
tech support agent #7: Asked me if i tested out what #6 colleague advised. Also said if the issue still occurs, that I should send logs, again.
tech support agent #8: Thanked me for providing logs, and said they will get back to me as soon as possible.
the #8 was the recent one, less than 24 hours ago.
Honestly this feels like a broken record trying to fix this, so maybe someone from the player community knows anything about this more. Oh and a reminder, my graphics drivers are up to date, windows operating system as well.
