Worried about co-op
For anyone who graduated without being in WIL and getting a co-op through Seneca, what did you do to get a job? Any suggestions? I may or may not get in WIL next sem but its not guaranteed and its also my last chance, just wanna know some steps to take to help secure a job.

oh
Don't count on Seneca, most jobs on the portal are not even posted by employers. I found mine by myself
any tips on finding a job yourself?
how was the process for you?
Grind projects. Take it slow and stay consistent. Think about it, 2 months on a good quality project is 6 per year - that's a lot. Mix them up, this will improve your overall knowledge of working with different systems and tools.
Then you should try to network with students, friends, profs, recruiters - cold applications mean very little nowadays. Practice interviews with smaller companies (even if you don't want to work there) and observe patterns. DSA and Leetcode.
