Can't figure out how to enable secure boot

Yo, I've been struggling for a while to enable secure boot after upgrading to windows 11. I've tried following some tutorials, but apparently people have literally a setting called "Secure boot" that they can freely turn on and off. My bios doesn't have that apparently.

Solution:
go to key management and there should be an option that says reset factory keys
