Are you trying to install it in a container?

Did you use the command "sudo akshara update" after editing the system.yaml file?

Which option did you put it under in the system.yaml file? packages or aur-packages

cuda is not an AUR package it's a normal repo package

According to the Arch website cuda-tools is in the main repos Not the aur one https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/cuda-tools/ So putting it under packages instead should fix it
