Redirected Too Many Times
I moved my DNS records from my own hosted DNS servers to Cloudflare DNS. The records are exactly the same, in the Cloudflare instance. However, now that the registrar information points to Cloudflare NS servers, I get this error when trying to browse to the website to which those A records point: "redirected you too many times" - I have cleared cookies and cache on my browser. This is only on ONE domain. I have done this process with a few other domains and those work as expected. What might I do to troubleshoot this?

SSL/TLS -> Overview -> switch from Flexible to Full (Strict)

You always want Full (Strict). Flexible means HTTP (plaintext) requests to your origin, which good origins redirect, and thus infinite loop/too many redirects
CF does have/is working on rolling out some more automated ssl selection stuff, possible it auto detected it on your other zones or they don't have redirects enabled. Worth double checking they're Full (Strict) too though
