Properly remove layered packages

Hi, a while back in installed portmaster and virtual machine manager which created new rpm layers. Now i would like to remove both of these but even after using "rpm-ostree uninstall portmaster" they still show's up like this when i run "rpm-ostree status" rpm-ostree status State: busy Transaction: upgrade Initiator: client(id:cli dbus:1.144 unit:run-r65c0483e963549a69d9de10481722d7f.scope uid:1000) Deployments: ● ostree-image-signed:docker://ghcr.io/ublue-os/bazzite-nvidia:stable Digest: sha256:d0b9a69f5ee8ed549b6ee19dca94127390c988fc3c2383679914f5190ef41a9a Version: 40.20240822.0 (2024-08-23T04:12:10Z) ostree-image-signed:docker://ghcr.io/ublue-os/bazzite-nvidia:stable Digest: sha256:d0b9a69f5ee8ed549b6ee19dca94127390c988fc3c2383679914f5190ef41a9a Version: 40.20240822.0 (2024-08-23T04:12:10Z) LayeredPackages: virt-manager LocalPackages: 'portmaster-1.0.0~2-1.x86_64' I have even tried "rpm-ostree reset" but still no luck. I'm pretty new to linux and bazzite so please let me know what i'm doing wrong here.

your new image does not have any packages layered when you update the previous image will be your current one and they'll have completely disappeared
