Are ranked badges permanent?
I am quite new to ranked and I got a bronze badge on my banner for the previous season. Are these permanent or do they go away after some time?
Also do they only change if I get a better rank rather than lower rank?

the one that you see on your banner is only there for this single act.
you could technically recreate it perfectly for next act, but it is not permanent.
as i said, it shows the 9 highest ranks you won a match within the last act...

its showing your top 9 wins last act
So I tried searching for info online as well and I'm getting mixed answers. Some people are saying the badge that displays on your banner is permanent and changes if you reach a better rank? Is that right then or does that badge eventually disappear from your banner?

it "disappears" when you didnt get 9 competitive wins in the last act
Ahh ok makes sense. Was just wondering as I seen a lot of people complaining it won't go away and they couldn't hide it from the banner and they were getting bullied for their rank in game
you can hide it from the banner
go to career and rank tab, then uncheck "show previous something"

Ohh good to know. I prefer showing my progress tbh. I think it was just the other people I seen complaining about it that I brought it up
