rc circuit

so over here option a is correct, but it seems ambiguous to me because after 5us, the source is removed so the capacitor should start discharging right and it wont get discharged completely so according to me it should option d but over there it gets discharged to 0 but according to me it will stop somewhere in the middle and again start getting charged after the source is put. why is it a?

no but ig source voltage becoming 0 means the circuit becomes incomplete toh the charge will be stored in the capacitor for 5 uS and there should be a straight line b/w 5 and 10 Us wala period, idk how V becomes zero in the time frame lol

it isnt incomplete, only the source has been removed
