User unable to login
A user of our application is unable to login. They are seeing the following 403 forbidden error being returned from our Kinde custom domain
auth.inrange.io
. In the Kinde dashboard the user's profile reports Total sign-ins: 0 and Failed sign-ins: 0. Can you help me to diagnose and fix this login issue?5 Replies
Hello, do you have logs from the incident ?
@IkiTg07 - there's no way for us to collect logs because the 403 forbidden is being returned from the Kinde host which is mapped by DNS to our Kinde custom domain. My hope is that Kinde have some logs to explain why this happened.

We checked the logs around the time you posted this issue here and we could not locate any logs that would explain why you were experiencing this issue.
