Scaling in desktop environment

Apps like Discord, Zoom, Spotify, etc... when using a 4k display, they don't scale with the system. Everything looks super small. When switching the option to "Scaled by the system", those apps do scale correctly, but everything looks blurry. Is there something that can fix this issues? Thanks
