I just tried exporting data from my production environment and thats also not working. Is there any update on this? This is blocking a production releaseHi @SwiftTacticz,
I can see a customer reached out in our live chat on a similar issue.
Are you able to confirm you were the person who reached out in live chat?
If so, let's continue the conversation on live chat.
We still cannot reproduce this issue, but my team and I are keen to rectify this issue once we get a few more details that I asked for in the related live chat
@Oli - Kinde Yes that was me and will do , thank you !
Thanks for confirming @SwiftTacticz,
Lets continue the conversation on live chat for now.
My team mates will be online tomorrow to investigate this issue, but in the meantime we can gather all the info to dive deep into the issue tomorrow with my team mates
Hey @SwiftTacticz,
I can now reproduce this issue.
I have scheduled a message to my team tomorrow morning to investigate this issue.
I will let you know once I have any updates.
Apologies again for the inconvenience.
Hi there, thanks for your patience with this. Just to keep you updated we've raised a fix for the issue, it needs to go through our review process but I would expect this to be in production by tomorrow. Once the fix has gone live you should notice the error will disappear, at this point please go to Settings > Business > Details where you should have the option to cancel the existing request which is in an error state and start a new one. Thanks for flagging the issue.
Just to confirm the fix has been deployed, you can now restart the export process. Let us know if you get any further issues.
