does anyone know whats going on with my server? its really lagging but cpu usage is low, RAM is nowhere near full, memory disk is fine and tps is on 20

although if I ping the server directly its 100ms

no one was even able to get on the server
and also my console was lagging as hell
is it an internet/bandiwdth issue?
try connect to the main server with just numeric IP and port (not through proxy)
see if it kicks you
server all of a sudden cant keep up with 0 players, worked fine with 10 yesterday with same everything

i restarted my paper, spigot and bukkit config since the server was lagging due to some weird changes i made to it

it was fine for 2 years, i just run a small RPG server, no heavy chunk loading or anything

Just made a call to contabo, sure enough they broke their optic cables or something and ETA for fix is 2-3 hours and until then networking issues are expected :pepefacepalm:
