Cannot locate dashboard account. Raised a ticket days ago on this. Any other way to reach support?
I have a business account and i'm unable to access the support center or live chat. I keep getting redirected to https://developers.cloudflare.com/support/account-management-billing/cannot-locate-dashboard-account/?ErrorCode=41&ErrorDescription=Execution+error&ErrorDetails=DML%3AInsert+failed.+First+exception+on+row+0%3B+first+error%3A+UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION%2C+portal+account+owner+must+have+a+role%3A+%5B%5D. I raised a ticket days ago but haven't had a reply (01052746). Is there any other way to speak with support?

Don't believe there's any other way for business. You made a can't access ticket and weren't able to access still? Most people reported being able to access instantly after, so might be something deeper with your account. You don't have multiple accounts/users attached to the account? If you still haven't gotten a reply I can try to bump the ticket/put it in escalation queue but that's about all we can do from Disc/Forums.
I also encountered the same situation? Please tell me how to deal with it. I have sent an email according to the document, but I have not received any reply.
had the same issue for months now and they don't replay to tickets there just sh-EYE-t at customer service, surprised they even keep the lights on.
