Hey guys, anybody ever had a medical condition that caused them to not work for a long duration? I haven't been employed for over a year due to a medical issue that isn't 100% rectified, how do I answer when recruiters/etc ask "Why the year gap?" Anytime I've been honest regarding a medical issue this seems to give everyone cold feet and/or ignore me. Any tips?
