Can APAC players play in NA servers?
Like I made my acc in NA and now I’m in Japan Asia

When I queue on my account am I allowed to play in NA servers and have a very hiigh ping

it will just be a poopy experience for you and the other players
APAC can play in NA if they make an NA account. That simple, if you make an account in that reigon you'll play on those servers, so if I (APAC) make an EU account I can play on EU servers with really high ping.

APAC can play in NA if they make an NA account.if you are already in APAC and dont yet have an NA account from previously living in NA, then trying to make an NA account is a violation of our TOS. i said zycular won't get in trouble because they lived in NA when they made their NA account so they didn't violate TOS to make it

yes, it doesnt matter which specific region you're talking about. if you lived in the region when you made the account, then you won't get in trouble for playing on it.
if you work around our systems to make an account in a region other than where you are living, then that violates our TOS
