Any good macOS clients for SFTP/S3/Dropbox? Transmit keeps crashing
What do people use on macOS besides Cyberduck?

if all you need is just a single use solution, you can try crossover (https://www.codeweavers.com/crossover#compatibility) and then install winscp (https://winscp.net/eng/download.php) on it

true, but basically you want to be able to double click a file and open it in your macOS editor of choice
you can pick any editor
have you tried FileZilla?
filezilla can't do scp
