Regarding support agent
How do i report a riot support agent? i have a serious problem and when i give ticket, he responds after 4 days and with a response he closes the ticket and i cant answer that ticket anymore and clear my problems. he is not at all helpful!!!!

they told me they cant assist
i mistakenly bought 2 php vp codes but my region is not php, now i cant use them . and it cant be refunded too. one agent in support told me that they can redeem any region vp code in player suppory but yhe other one says he cant and just closes the ticket
its too much annoying i literally spent 50 dollar ish
U can try making a new ticket
i did but everytime that one annoying agent replies and after replying he closes the ticket

i made 3 tickets and that agent responded to all 3 ...

No, before i give them the code agent dasamukha just replies and closes the ticket, when i open new ticket they respond afyer 3 days
its very annoying as i need to buy the champions now but all my dollars went in vain and they are not helping me too

If they do something, there is a reason behind it
No but support agents are meant to be friendly and helpful
one support agent is helpful and the other is just closing ticket
what reason could they have ?? helping a player who spent 50 dollars but wrong region codes mistakenly and they cant help regarding this
but the oothet agent clearly stated in playersupport they can redeem codes except turkey
