hey guys my twitch drops are not working, like it shows that I redeemed the drops but they´re not in my account. Can someone help me pls?

Had the same thing happen to me, I submitted a ticket ans they added them to my account

can you say what you selected when you created your ticket like, in ; game question, bug. What we put when we create the ticket?
I forgot what I selected but eventually the last one is gonna be about twitch drops
