Why can't I buy VP points
When I try using my PayPal, it says an error occured or something and it says my credit card is invalid whenever I try to use it that method. My theory is because I'm in Canada? But I don't know I bought VP back when the game came out. I looked online and everyone seemed to be having a similar issue but I haven't found a solution.
