Did...they suggest some stuff...clean boot and stuff... nothing worked

I even reset my whole laptop...but the problem still persist

this is prob bc ur pc has like stuff that makes it lag close apps ur not using and try to see if its the same

The error they are getting is showing up when they try to start their game, so yes its making them unable to open the game
There are alot of things that can be causing the error
We try those things first which are usually the issue
Especially laptops with integrated graphics
As they are never updated
People just update their dedicated gpu's drivers and go on with their day
But the old drivers of their igpu create issues

Solution:- update ur igpu and gpu drivers
