Make sure you enter the card credentials correctly. Make sure the card isn't expired. And make sure the card has enough to buy the item
After confirmation of all of those items, Try to restart your computer and run this
Open cmd as admin
Enter
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock resetnah theres nothing wrong with my card i even tried a diffrent one it's my account
