Noob question- cannot install Bazzite on Beelink Ser5 Max mini PC

Hi all sorry for the noobie question. When trying to install bazzite the installer does not recognize any local disks to install to. I tried flashing directly to the SSD and no luck. I am using the bazzite-deck image HTPC. Any help is appreciated! Thank you

I know i have seen this mostly on Intel systems but maybe AMD has something similar. Check if sata mode or the disk mode is set to AHCI or NVME instead of any form of raid in the bios. I know on a lot of intel systems the default is to have Intel Rapid Storage Technology (RST) enabled in the bios and that can make the disks not show up in linux. sadly its the only thing i can think of.

keep in mind that if you plan to dual boot, changing this will break the windows install until you change it back (which will again break the linux install until you revert it again) assuming it is a "raid" or "storage" setting causing this issue

That’s no problem, I’m planning on making it solely a bazzite system with no dual boot
