ACM certificates queued and not progressing.

Hi, I can't open a ticket, but I pay around 20 GBP per month for the Advanced Certificate Manager. It seems to be stuck with a lot of my subdomains, and isn't progressing. It seems it's been this way for at least a few week. Can a Cloudflare rep help me with this? I expected the certs to be issued. Thank you.

To contact Cloudflare Support about an issue, please visit the Support Portal and fill in the form on the portal. After submission, you will receive confirmation over email. Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community. Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories. Make sure to select the correct category to ensure it goes to the right place. For more information on the methods by which you can contact Support for your plan level, see Contacting Cloudflare Support - Cloudflare Docs

^ is the only way you'd official cloudflare support/someone from ssl team, otherwise if you can share the domain name can see if it's anything obvious like DNSSEC/_acmechallenge being blocked/etc

Yeah, I can't get access to the SSL team, as I'm not on a paid plan. I'm basically trying to get the Zero Tunnel working on NixOS. I haven't yet got the SSH GUI working, or connections to SSH through the ProxyCommand in SSH.

OK, so the certs now say it'll be tried tomorrow. I have my SSL certs issued for the Cloudflare SSH tunnel, but that's not working right now. I'll open a thread about it. Ah, cool - it was a typo in .ssh/config OK, all sorted!
