Stuck On Loading Screen

Why always when i look for a match in valorant i can select an agent but then it gets stuck on map loading screen and after couple of minutes it sends me back to lobby. I reinstalled the game. Even I reinstalled windows. But still the same problem. I could play the game before but suddenly it happened and from that moment I still haven't been able to play the game. I even tried other accounts. It doesn't even let me enter the practice match. What should I do? (I have an ssd and a good pc btw)

I don't think so because if it were a PC error, I wouldn't be able to play other games

mmh when the game redirects you to the lobby, do you get an error message like a wifi error or smth?

probably your cpu get overheating when you play valorant I suggest you check your PC's temperature when you play and you will find the problem

I have a 360 mm liquid cooling and the average temperatures are 40 °C when I play

try this

Open settings by Pressing Win + i

> Search for "random hardware access" 

Turn it on

Go to network settings

Select your wifi \ ethernet Properties

Set it to private

Turn off metered connection

Set random hardware access in that to change daily .

you can also try this :
open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order.

Yes, I already realized that the problem is my internet. I have already spoke with Valorant support, and they said that I need to speak with my internet provider. Also ty for the help
