Guys I wanna buy champion phantom, but I have a question, If I want to refund it in future, could I? (Never bought a skin or refunded something)

there used to be a lifetime refund which is to refund anything even used for the last 30 or 60 days
every player gets 1 per account so if you havent used it you could use that
however idk if that still exists
