equimolar

an equilimolar soln is when both solutess have the same number of moles . Why is the vant hoff factor intefering with this

it's not interfering it's just the way you're seeing the question in think of it this way 2 beakers having equimolar conc at t=0 but when Nacl will undergo dissociation while glucose won't it'll bring about a change in von't hoff factor thus changing the osmotic pressure ; which will mean they aren't isotonic ig this is the way i can be wrong tho

please go through the videos I have made on this. Also, what ishizora said is bang on. Just that it dissociates right away, van 't hoff factor is a tool used to measure number of particles in solution, which is what is responsible for colligative properties at the end of the day.
