Whole pc freezes when tabbing out
So whenever I tabbed out with windows or with alt and tab it just freezes my mouse is so laggy and I can’t click anything and when I update my screen it just goes black that I’m forced to restart my pc although my pc is running pretty smoothly in general. Sometimes it even happens that My screen gets White all of the sudden without me pressing anything when launching a game and that issue that I’m having is ONLY for valorant. Someone please help me what I should do because I have everything updated and on the newest version I really don’t know the issue.

This issue is also the reason I get multiple hours of penalties because the game thinks that I’m leaving the match and doing so on purpose, which destroys the fun of me playing the game I’m really annoyed and frustrated of this issue.
This is how it looks like and I also can't press on any other apps or anything on the same desktop nor can I close the tab on valorant or anything else but I can still hear all the sounds at the start or the music from valorant or on the desktop in general.
