valorant freezes when starting the game
Hello, I have a problem, I enter a Valorant game, I choose my character and when it is about to start, the screen freezes, after a while I am penalized for being absent in the game

Same and they will not do anything about it, I got banned for no reason

This is an issue with files loading off of your disk. You might have a HDD. If you do, you should defragment it or get an SSD and place Valorant on it.
Use
windows key + r than type "dfrgui" to check what type of drive you have.
