Mouse Grip/ wrist twitching
i dont know why but every time i do a small movement like micro flicking or tracking a little my wrist starts twitching and its really annoying not sure if its my grip (i use palm grip) this also happenens more when i move my hand to the left

He shouldn't use his wrist but his wrist definitely shouldn't twitch like that with such a small movement, I'd suggest taking it to a doctor, could be some nerve problem / overuse.
Start practing by just moving your arm to aim.
