Got stuck many times when dealing payment issue
Hello dear community, here is a TL;DR of what happened and which part got stuck:
1. I was interested in purchasing a domain on Cloudflare (CF).
2. I previously canceled the auto-payment from PayPal’s side by accident, and they informed me that I need to cancel the auto-payment from CF’s side and re-bind it (PayPal) again.

A lil update: after the nice help from the community, I finally found the case/ticket center. which i originally thought not exist so I was always trying to chat with email.

free plan subscriptions because on the cancellation page, the "confirm" button remains greyed out even if I filled all the questionnaire options. This prevented me from canceling the PayPal auto-payment binding.
4. I submitted a case ticket, and after no response, I submitted a helping request post in the CF community. Thanks to the nice help from community members and also CF employees, they helped me to remove the subscription.
5. But after all the subscriptions were removed, I still could not unbind the PayPal account. The error message remained the same as the very beginning: Cannot remove payment method from account with active subscriptions. (Code: 1218)

6. I can't do anything for this situation, so I have to submit another community post.
