can't catch or spin stops new to spoffing
Hey I need some help. I downloaded it just like the video said and had my brother help me to change the settings but I still can't catch any pokémon or spun stops but I can still interact with the pokémon. What do I do?

What you are describing sounds like you are under a cool-down (soft ban). When travelling long distance when spoofing make sure to wait 2h after making a location based action (some things don’t count as an action such as fighting the grunts, but catching the shadow does count)
