kernel panic - not syncing
New to linux trying out this os before i commit to leaving windows. im installing the nvidia version on my test bench. its running a r 1300x and a 1050ti whenever i boot the installer i get the same issue any help would be appreciated.

kernel panic not syncing IO-APIC + timer doesn't workI downloaded Ubuntu 12.04 LTS onto my pendrive using the program recommended. After rebooting the system it showed this error:
