Edge certificate cannot be validated
Almost a week ago, Universal SSL certificate was expiring, and cannot be renewed automatically by Cloudflare.
I’ve already tried to deactivate then reactivate the universal SSL. I’ve also tried to manually add TXT records and follow the link that I receive in the Cloudflare email, but nothing of those worked.
For information, the website is on Cloudflare for many years, and worked without any problem before the start of the week, without any need to manually create an edge certificate.

tessapp.devYour DNSSEC looks slightly broken, did you just transfer the domain to CF or something?
Initially the domain was on another registrar, but after 2 days of broken certificate, I've decided to transfer the domain to Cloudflare.
After disabling the DNSSEC, my issue was resolved !
