Cant change Zero Trust sub plan...
Zero Trust sub moved to "Gateway" rather than our previous "a la carte" as such we've lost the ability to actually access any of our apps behind zero trust...
I've tried changing to a different sub plan, but this doesnt seem to work as the payment option is "locked out"

Cloudflare's billing system is undergoing some changes/migration. During this period, you may notice extra bills, incorrect bills, or other issues.
To resolve these issues, create a Support ticket by using the following link (you must be logged into your Cloudflare account): https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support
Note that all accounts, even Free plan accounts, can create billing tickets. Tickets are the only way to resolve billing issues; we cannot help you in this Discord.
eitherway but is there any exact error you get like unpaid invoices or 1000? May be worth checking if you have any unpaid first at least
No errors at all, just a little locked icon when I mouse over the pay now button
wydm? It shows this for example but that lock is just representing secure checkout afaik. You click that, wait a bit (it's slow, and will show a proper red blocked icon while processing) and it should either work or give you an error
oh it looks like it might just be silently failing and not showing after that initial link does a subrequest to /subscriptions
So you think there is a bug with this? at the moment just clicking the button, and waiting does nothing.
checking the console as well there is no output at all when clicking purchase
It's going to be an issue with your account, if you click Purchase w/ devtools open you should see a failed call to
subscriptions
with an erroryeah dev tools shows nothing in the console, a call doesnt even go out
not after you fail, but the first time you click it on a fresh try

nah I mean from dev tools network tab you should be able to see the failed body
so, worked out it was because i had a cancel sub pending
but, i revoked that cancel and tried again and it gave the old green pop up saying it was updated successfyully
BUT hasnt changed my plan
might just be slow, would give it a bit
you've reminded me to raise the issue about it not properly showing failures though, it really should
yeah like the network tab response once i found it was very cleear in why it failedf
but i had 0 feedback from the UI that it had failed
i mean ive worke dout my issue... the issue is someone selected the wrogn zero trust plan, picking gateway over access, gatway doesnt have the features we need, but access does, i can process the upgrade BUT it doesnt actually do it until next date that payment is due over a month away
hmm it doesn't change instantly? I swear I've changed it in the past, sure it's not just delay with the update?

It has changed in the past immediately yeah - but apparently not any more....
i mean ive just left it at the moment with the "downgrade" in place, and hgopefully they will get to my support ticket.... not that i hold out hope been waiting over a week now, even my "account manager" is chasing with nothing
