I’m also having issues with the Phantom
I’m also having issues with the Phantom and I’m at a bit of a loss as to what to do. Trim is maxed out nose down. Confirmed on the cockpit gauge on the left. I’ve also confirmed that there aren’t any conflicts with pitch commands in the controls or trim commands in the controls. In Configurator it’s showing dead center on the calibration and every other aircraft in the sim is flying great. But the F4 wants to keep pulling up like I have full back stick. It flew perfectly fine with my Virpil TM.

Have you reproduced w/o TelemFFB running?
Yes I can confirm it’s still doing it without Telemffb running
When it happens, what do you see in the loaded effects area on the debug tab of configurator? Suggest looking when TelemFFB is not running, or else you will see all of its effects listed in there too....
I’ll check
So the only thing showing with Telemffb off is one line:
Just says USB connected
on the right side...
lol sorry about that. Here you go…
Is that while it’s actively happening? The only active effect is spring ID 1 which would be the one that’s generated by configurator.
You don't have the "sticky" option enabled in the effects tab spring settings do you?
Yes that’s while it’s happening. I don’t think I have the sticky option enabled.
Check for double bindings for Trim. Sometimes my trim do the "runaway" to the max but retaping the trim hat is clearing the issue
