Infinite loading screen
Hello, I've got a friend who has a problem, when starting the game, he's stuck in the loading screen ( the one with the thorns and jett, and his game keeps loading forever, like he kept his game open for 15min and it didn't load, does anyone has a solution ? He already tried two solutions seen on a video but it didn't work

but it doesn't work
try updating it instead

Well he wasn't a Big fan of the game so he played one or two games with me and another Friend, then he left and when he wanted to Replay recently he's been stuck in the loading dcreeni
