/etc/hostname
is initially set to bazzite, but you are free to change itye im asking during build time or using systemd service? can i see it in the repo
Solution
the initial hostname file that is placed on /usr/etc/hostname has bazzite
afterwards, this file is moved to /etc provided you havent changed it
if you have, the changed one is kept
alright
do u also know if they use anaconda
i cant see their logos in /usr/share/anaconda
yes the current installer is anaconda
not the python environment
you should avoid the python one, they have started charging 500$ per seat if you use it commercially
damn, alright how can i update the logo then
is there a path
what logo for when?
the installer?
yes
logo and name
why would you do that?
building a custom os on top of bazzite
you can repackage your own logo stuff before you roll it into the iso action
the iso action handles the installer logos
is it in .github on bazzite's repo?
yes
which file, sorry im asking a lot lol
using mdbook?
I dont know I wasn't the one that did the themeing
