My account be hacked. Thief steal domain and change email-adress

Hello, i have a big problem. My CloudFlare account be hacked and thief change email-adress. It turns out my domain was stolen (I used this domain for my business, I have already found out what email my domain was linked to, can I somehow return it? I beg you, help.
