Locked Account and Recovery Tickets wont work

Hello. my account got locked because I was afk during an escalation game. I can provide more details about why i was afk etc, but I am trying to submit recovery tickets and they wont work. I submitted one earlier today, then I got the confirmation email, but when I click the "If you would like to review your request or add additional comments.." it says that the page wasnt found which makes me feel like I'll never get my account back and that my tickets arent going through 😦
